Shipping policy

1. Delivery area

We deliver within the city and to nearby areas on the list published by the store. For distant areas, we will contact you to confirm whether delivery is possible before finalizing the order.

2. Delivery time

• Fruit baskets: express delivery within 2 hours of order confirmation.
• Baskets with flowers: please contact the store to arrange a delivery time.
• Individual fruit within the city: usually the same day or within 24 hours of order confirmation.
• Pre-ordered fruit/gift baskets: delivered within the time slot you choose.
• Delivery may take longer during holiday and Lunar New Year peaks or in bad weather.

3. Shipping fees

The shipping fee is based on distance and order value, and is shown at checkout before you confirm. The store may offer free delivery for orders that reach the minimum value of a given promotion.

4. Checking your order on delivery

• Please check the products as soon as you receive them, and record a video while opening the package if there is a problem.
• If you find any error, notify the store immediately in accordance with the return policy.

5. Recipient cannot be reached

If the recipient cannot be reached after several calls, the order may be returned to the store; since fruit is a fresh product, we cannot hold orders for long.
