Return policy

1. Conditions for exchanges and returns

• The product is bruised, damaged, shows signs of spoilage, or is not the type/quantity ordered.
• Notify the store within 24 hours of receiving the order (fruit is a fresh product, so the window is short).
• Provide photos/videos of the product taken when opening the package so the store can verify.

2. Exclusions

• The product has been used or kept beyond its storage time after delivery.
• Minor differences in colour, size or ripeness between pieces of fruit, which are natural for fresh produce.
• The customer changes their mind after receiving a non-defective order.

3. Resolution

• Replacement with an equivalent new product, or delivery of the missing/damaged items.
• A refund if an exchange is not possible, within 3–7 business days, via the payment method you used.

4. How to request an exchange or return

Contact 0888.822.798 or trinhle060696@gmail.com, state your order number and attach photos. We will respond within 24 hours.
